Christenings are held either on 1st Sunday of the month as part of the 11.15 service or on the 3rd Sunday of the month as part of the 9.30 service.

The 11.15am service is an informal, modern service with PowerPoint displays and a worship band, and lasts for about an hour.

The 9.30am is a more traditional service.

There can be up to 2 families at any one christening service.

We will expect to see you in church at any of our services prior to your child’s christening.  Please introduce yourself to the clergy at the end of the service.

Before the christening service you will need to attend a preparation evening where you will meet the Reverend Deborah Matthews and the christening advisor Mrs Barbara Walton.

The date for your preparation evening will be advised by the baptism advisor when she contacts you.

Please get in touch via the Parish Office to arrange a christening or for further details.
