Sunday 9.30am Parish Eucharist. A Sung Eucharist with full robed choir, using Common Worship Order One (Modern Language).  We use either Hymns Ancient & Modern (New Standard Edition) or our own folders with more contemporary worship songs.  There is a sermon.  Crèche is available during the first the service.  Refreshments afterwards include filter coffee.

Sunday 11.15am Net.works. An all-age service designed with families in mind.  Led by a priest, but with a modern feel and a music group. Songs are modern in their style and approach. Will include baptisms on the first Sunday of each month.

Sunday 6pm Parish Eucharist with Ministry of Healing. This service provides a modern language Eucharist with hymns on the evening of First Sunday of each month.  It is also when we offer Prayers for Healing with Laying on of Hands and Anointing for those who would like to receive this ministry.  We believe that God can and does work powerfully through prayer and healing ministries.  There is a sermon.

Sunday 6pm Raise the Roof. A contemporary praise service, based on the Church of England's Service of the Word, appealing to a wide variety of people, old and young, and those who are searching for faith.  Worship songs are projected on to a screen at the front of church.  There is a sermon.  This service is once per month.  Refreshments available.

Sunday 6pm Evening Worship. When there is no Raise the Roof or Eucharist with Healing, we normally offer a quieter service of Evensong according to the Book of Common Prayer (1662).  This is a said service, usually with some hymns and sometimes with a sermon or meditative address.

Weekday Morning and Evening Prayer. These are the Daily Offices of the church, said by the clergy and a few others regularly through the week.  At St Michael's we use the Celebrating Common Prayer daily office.  It is a said service based around a changing rota of psalms and scripture readings with space for intercessions.  The daily office is led by a team of clergy and lay people at St Michael's from Monday to Friday.  On Saturday the office is said privately in our homes.
